Your order reaches you in 5–7 days after it's confirmed. We'll let you know on Instagram once it's on its way.

We check every piece before it's packed, so we don't accept returns or exchanges. If your jewellery arrives damaged, we'll replace it for free. Just record a video while opening the parcel and send it to us on Instagram with photos of the damage.

Keep it away from water, perfume and lotions, and put it on after you've finished getting ready. Wipe it gently with a soft dry cloth after wearing, and store each piece separately in its box or a zip pouch so it keeps its shine.
